Dolly Parton is not planning on leaving the music industry any time soon. The music icon has been singing since she was 13 years old. For Parton, she rather wears herself out than rust out, which is one of the reasons why she won’t be retiring at all. She did say that she will only slow down if she or her husband has any health issues. However, other than that, she will continue performing just like what she always does. This is great news for her fans because they can still catch the singer doing what she loves best.

It seems that philanthropy is in the works as was revealed that she had donated $1 million to help with the research for a vaccine for this virus affecting the entire world. The singer has funded numerous charities over the course of her career. This is not surprising given that she has been earning royalties from her music. She has used her earnings as investments not just in real estate but also to fund institutions, too.
