Maggie Smith – $18 Million

London-born Maggie Smith is also an award-winning actress. She began performing with Oxford Playhouse then went on to a successful career with Royal National Theatre. Her decades-long career has earned her many recognitions, including two Academy Awards. For her role in the film The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie she won Best Actress. She also received a Best Supporting Actress trophy for California Suite with Michael Caine.

Aside from the Academy, she has also been given credit by the Golden Globes, the BAFTA Awards, the Tony Awards, the Emmys, and the SAG Awards. Her hard work certainly paid off and she’s considered one of the most formidable actresses in the industry. The best bit? She has yet to consider retiring and is actively working even today.
