Harrison Ford | Oskar Schindler – Schindler’s List

Harrison Ford was offered to play the part of German industrialist Oskar Schindler in Steven Spielberg’s hit film Schindler’s List. He reportedly turned it down mainly because he thought the viewers would only see him as a “star” and not see the importance of the movie. While he feared to take on the challenge, actor Liam Neeson came to the rescue and did a great job acting the part.

As you probably know, Ford came to international fame after playing Han Solo in the original Star Wars film franchise. He further brought electricity to the big screen when he played the titular character in the Indiana Jones movie series. Ford is widely recognized for his vast contribution to action and dramatic films, including Blade Runner, Witness, and The Fugitive. Three of his movies are included in the list of top box-office hits of all time.
