She got a degree in English and was heavily invested in theater plays back while she was in school. She is also an award-winning actress, thanks to her performance in Remains of the Day and Sense and Sensibility.

The actress has recently faced some end-of-middle-age identity crisis when she started asking who she was in real life. She did shock the media when she appeared in Buckingham Palace wearing white sneakers, which she did have a snappy retort stating that it was made by Stella McCartney.
