Cybill Shepherd began her career as a model until she was spotted by the wife of director Peter Bogdanovich who eventually cast her in The Last Picture Show. Her performance here earned her a Golden Globe nomination. She also starred in The Heartbreak Kid and Taxi Driver, then she also started appearing on TV. Shepherd stood out with her performance in the TV show Moonlighting together with Bruce Willis. It was also for this role that she won two Golden Globes.

Shepherd’s career is definitely one for the books as she has also dabbled in music. She debuted on Broadway back in 2012. You would have thought that she would be gearing up for retirement but she has not. Her agent had already told her to downsize her home to avoid paying too much of her investment money on taxes and other fees, which she did. Her current home is just right for the actress and her way of life.
