CATHERINE BELL | 53 years old

Actress Catherine Bell is known for her characters, who are often strong-willed women, particularly in the 90s drama J.A.G., in which she portrayed the hardy military attorney Sarah “Mac” Mackenzie. She also has credits in several other series and films, such as her role in Army Wives as Denise Sherwood and in both The Good Witch films and tv series as Cassie Nightingale. Having been born in London, UK, to a Scottish father and Iranian mother, the family moved to California’s San Fernando Valley early on.

She was offered a modeling job in Japan when she was studying medicine in U.C.L.A., which she promptly accepted and dropped studying for. Later on, she went home to the U.S., with sights set on becoming an actress. Bell made his acting debut in Dolph Lundgren’s Men of War in 1994. Bell and her co-star Trevor Goddard bonded through having amoebic dysentery while filming the movie in Thailand. The following year, Goddard would appear on J.A.G. as Mic Brumby, Bell’s on-again, off-again love interest.
