Nick Saban

Throughout his years in school, Nick Saban had the chance to play football games as a quarterback. Thanks to the things he learned along the way, he has since taken credit for being one of the best coaches in college football. Despite this title, however, more than a few fans of the sport think the coach can be a bit harsh when it comes to doing his job. In fact, this explosive demeanor of his has led most – if not all – of his players to be afraid of him.

This fear becomes all the more apparent whenever Saban calls them to his office, which is sometimes called “the doghouse.” Even so, behind that aggressive front, there’s still something about him that the players respect. After all, as many of his alumni would admit, if you want to become a better player, Saban will do all that he could to make you the best.
