MARK WAHLBERG – $300 Million
Unknown to many, Mark Wahlberg entered the limelight as the rapper “Marky Mark.” Born on July 5th, he started his career as the fifth member of New Kids on the Block alongside his brother, Donnie. Later on, he formed his own group, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, and released a few albums. Mark then tried out acting and starred in the 90s TV shows, Out All Night and The Substitute. His fame rocketed when he co-starred alongside Leonardo de Caprio in the 1995 film, The Basketball Diaries.
Since then, he has had many blockbuster films, including Transformers: Age of Extinction, Ted, Planet of the Apes, and Daddy’s Home. With investments like burger chains and car dealerships, he is also one of the richest actors worldwide. Mark’s rapping reputation may not be as established as Snoop’s, but it is clear that he won this round.
